Welcome to BrightHome Cleaners. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our residential cleaning services. By booking an appointment with us, you accept these guidelines in full.
By accessing our website and engaging BrightHome Cleaners for regular or deep residential cleaning, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These conditions establish a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and BrightHome Cleaners. Please read them carefully before finalizing any booking or providing access to your home.
Our regular cleaning service covers standard residential maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down designated visible surfaces. It does not include heavy lifting, moving large furniture, or cleaning out-of-reach areas that require specialized equipment.
Deep cleaning is a comprehensive service targeting accumulated dirt and neglected areas. It includes inside cabinets, appliances, and intensive scrubbing. We require the property to be relatively free of severe clutter prior to our arrival to ensure our team can work effectively and safely.
For the health and safety of our staff, BrightHome Cleaners does not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, or cleaning tasks requiring ladders taller than two steps. We reserve the right to refuse service upon arrival if the conditions are deemed unsafe.
Initial quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may adjust if the scope of work significantly exceeds the initial description upon arrival.
We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Payment details must be securely provided prior to the first scheduled cleaning session.
Invoices are generated and sent electronically upon the completion of the service. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pause future regular cleanings until outstanding balances are cleared.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service window may incur a late fee equivalent to 50% of the anticipated cleaning cost to compensate our team.
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property within 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and fees will apply.
BrightHome Cleaners is fully insured and bonded. We treat every home with the utmost respect and care. However, accidents can occasionally occur. If an item is damaged by our team during a service, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service completion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installation of fixtures, or wear and tear. Furthermore, our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or repair value of the damaged item, or the cost of the cleaning service provided, whichever is lesser. Items of immense sentimental value or excessive financial worth should be secured and excluded from the cleaning scope.
By using our services, you agree that BrightHome Cleaners will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our work, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
